Designed to fit GL 45 bottles*, the nut can be used to hold any of the following items in place while creating a gas-tight seal:
- Lid GL 45 with Twin Connectors (ART NO 01-0203-01)Stirrer GL 45 250 ml (ART NO 12-0104-01)
- Stirrer GL 45 500 ml (ART NO 01-0105-02)
- Stirrer GL 45 1 l, Tall (ART NO 12-0102-01)
- Stirrer GL 45 2 l (ART NO 02-0102-02)
The bottle nut GL 45 is also used as a base for attaching the motor holder to a bottle, as seen in Brushless DC Motor (ART NO 01-0102-02) and the various brushless DC motor kits (ART NO 01-0114-01 and ART NO 02-0103-01). It contains one half of the snap-lock mechanism that allows the motors to be easily attached.
* Fits most standard GL 45 bottles but variations in manufacturers implementations can occur.
