The GL 45 500 ml glass bottle can be used as a reactor vessel for all the Bioprocess Control products and can be temperature controlled using, in combination with a thermostatic water bath lid for 15 bottles (ART NO 01-0107-01), a thermostatic water bath (ART NO 01-0106-02). It comes with an easy-to-read, fired-on white ceramic scale on the side and can be autoclaved.

Can be used together with Stirrer GL 45 500 ml (ART NO 01-0105-02).

The bottle is also used as the standard carbon dioxide fixation unit for the AMPTS II Light (ART NO 02-0000-02 and ART NO 02-0301-01) and can be used as such with any other device. In order to minimise the risk of spillage and injury, a bottle holder 6 x 500 ml (ART NO 01-0204-02) is recommended.

Note: The hard plastic O-ring sometimes located on glass bottles should be removed if a BPC Instruments stirrer or lid is used. If this is not done, it will lead to leakage.
