Product information
The motor controller is the hub of the agitation system. It interprets the speed signal sent from the gas volume measuring device, controls the direction of the motors* and provides them with power. The motor controller can, when connected to a compatible system via a motor signal cable (ART NO 94-0021-00) as well as to a wall power outlet via a motor controller power adapter (ART NO 01-0110-01), link together up to 18 brushless stepper motors.
Multiple versions of this controller are currently available, with different system compatibilities.
Note: This is the “standard” version of the motor controller, meaning that it requires an external 0-12 V DC speed signal sent from a BPC Instruments’s system. It will not work in stand-alone mode. For stand-alone usage, instead please see motor controller, smart agitation MK2 (ART NO 01-0109-03). Motor Controller Power Adapter (ART NO 01-0110-01) sold separately.
*The motor controller is specifically designed for BPC Instruments’ brushless stepper motors and will not work with different designs.
